best value. The services listed below, though, are not our ÔresponseÕ to internet selling, but simply the way we have always
operated, we just thought we had better tell you.
Pricing Promise – Internet Prices, with
Service
We will always
endeavor to offer products at the price you can buy them by searching the internet. If you do see something for less on the net, and
wish to buy from ourselves, please talk to us. We will be grateful for the
information, assess the genuineness of the offer, and normally be able to meet
the price offered! - our suppliers want us to to be able to compete with internet sellers, so will work
with us to meet competitive pricing.
Free Delivery – At a Time to Suit You
Free delivery
on all items over £100 anywhere in the greater Manchester area, at a time
convenient to you. On items over £500 we offer the same service anywhere within
a 50 mile radius of the shop. If you are further away, please call 0161 428
7887, we will try to help.
Free Installation
With the free
delivery quoted above comes installation. Any Hi Fi component or system you buy
from us for over £500 is offered with installation. We will get the product
working in your home, for no additional cost. We are happy to offer a full
custom installation service too* and will be pleased to quote.
Try Before You Buy
If you wish to
audition a piece of equipment in your own system, we can normally arrange for
this free service. Either by product loan, or by home
demonstration. Please call us to discuss.
Help and Assistance
We are always
delighted to help out our customers who have a problem, or who require guidance,
with one of our products. This extends to site visits to sort out any
connectivity problems in situ*
